What Is Nutrition and Health Coaching?

Have you ever wondered what creates the gap between what you say you want and what you actually do?

Nutrition and Health Coaching can close this gap. Combining theory from Coaching Psychology, Behaviour Change and Positive Psychology, work through your resistance to change by using a step by step, structured approach. I make a shift away from a “Do what I say” approach, supporting you in working out what you want, why you want it, what’s stopping you, and only then together create a plan for action.

Through this supportive relationship, a Nutrition and Health Coach can empower you with focus on facilitation, rather than prescription. You will earn your sense of responsibility, feel more confident as you experience small successes and ultimately achieves more significant change than you would on your own. This approach results in greater motivation, self-worth and outcomes for our clients.

Nutrition and Health Coaching Initial Consultation

We discuss your health concerns in depth and run through a Wellbeing Assessment that will be sent to you prior the session. We also set up your first set of goals and booking your first follow up appointment. Tools to help you reach those goals will also be provided plus email support in between sessions.

Individual Nutrition and Health Coaching Follow-up Sessions

We will review your progress and whether you feel like you want to continue using the same strategies, tweak them or change them altogether. New tools can be provided if required.s on packages of 3, 6 or 9 follow up visits.
